GetIntakes is a technical software and build studio. We are not an ad brokerage or data aggregator. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or barter trade prospect information, project blueprints, or customer contact details to third-party ad exchanges under any circumstance.

When you submit an inquiry through our "Start a Project" form or use our interactive demo, we collect only the information you explicitly provide:

• Contact details: Name, business name, website URL, email, and phone number.
• Trade context: Trade classification, primary customer base, and intake friction notes.
• Uploaded documents: Architectural blueprints, CAD files, photos, or screenshots.
• Technical metadata: Referring URL, UTM campaign tags, and browser timestamp.

3. Tracking & Analytics Restraint

Our analytics architecture is provider-agnostic and privacy-first. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies or fingerprinting scripts. We track functional events such as intake step progression and page views solely to optimize form usability and eliminate drop-off friction.

4. Data Ownership for Client Intake Systems

When GetIntakes builds a custom intake system for your custom trade business, you retain 100% ownership and control of all customer records, blueprints, and inquiries generated by that system.
