1. Milestone-Gated Service Model

GetIntakes operates exclusively under a three-phase milestone delivery model:

• Milestone 1 (20%): Research & Blueprint — Architecture plan, field definitions, and customer qualification logic.
• Milestone 2 (40%): Build & Staging Verification — Functional build deployed to private staging for client testing and review.
• Milestone 3 (40%): Launch & Code Handoff — Live production deployment and final system ownership transfer.

2. No Fabricated Guarantees

GetIntakes engineers high-converting project intake systems designed to improve qualification, reduce administrative back-and-forth, and elevate client presentation. We explicitly make no false guarantees regarding total lead volume, revenue increase, or market demand, as overall project volume depends upon your trade reputation and external market conditions.

3. Code Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment for Milestone 3, all custom-engineered source code, form logic, design components, and database schemas created specifically for your business are transferred to your full ownership with perpetual, unencumbered rights.

4. Demonstration Work & Concepts

Any concept builds and interactive demonstrations displayed on this website represent technical capabilities and reference architectures created by GetIntakes. Fictional brand names are used for demonstration purposes unless formally credited as client work.
